MEMORANDUM AND ORDER

HIBBLER, District Judge.

This Court now addresses the motions in the above cause of action. The plaintiff, Dennis Daniels, has filed an Amended Complaint alleging violations of 42 U.S.C. § 1981and 42 U.S.C. § 2000e, as amended by the Civil Rights Act of 1991. Plaintiff has filed a Motion for Class Certification (doc. #39). The defendant, Federal Reserve Bank of Chicago (“Bank”), has filed a Motion to Dismiss the § 1981 claims (doc. #48) and a Motion to Strike portions of Plaintiffs’ Class Certification Reply (doc. #56).
