On March 7, 1907, the Ord Mountain Gold Company Avas an Arizona corporation, with a capital stock of one million shares of the par value of one dollar each. On that date, the directors held a meeting for the purpose of organization and issued four hundred and fifty thousand shares each to T. N. Hasson and George L. Hasson, respectively, and the remaining one hundred thousand to one Stead-man.
