On final hearing on bill, answers and proofs. The bill in this canse was filed in August, 1896, and was met with a demurrer which was overruled on the 29th of March, 1897, for reasons reported in Bee v. Heppenheimer, 55 N. J. Eq. (10 Dick.) 240. The order overruling the demurrer was reviewed by the court of errors and appeals and affirmed February 28th, 1898, “for the reasons given in the court of chancery,” sub nom. Naumberg v. See, 56 N. J. Eq.

The questions involved in this cause are important, both on account of their intrinsic character and of the amount—over $200,000—involved.
