This appeal is from the district court’s partial final judgment in a proceeding arising from the bankruptcy of Far & Wide enterprises (“Far & Wide”), a conglomerate of travel companies (collectively, the “Debtors”). The Debtors filed for bankruptcy in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of Florida in Miami in September 2003.
