This is a petition for mandamus brought by a stockholder of the Commonwealth Power Railway and Light Company to compel the defendant, as clerk of the corporation, to allow the petitioner to inspect the corporate records and stock book and to take copies and minutes therefrom of such parts as concern his interests.
