Stein way & Sons, once a copartnership, became a corporation in 1876 under the General Manufacturing Act of 1848, and the relator has been a stockholder therein ever since. lie now holds 1,440 shares of its stock of the par value of $144,000, out of a total of 20,000 shares of the value of $2,000,000, but with an actual value much in excess of that sum.
