On August 5, 1913, the Southwestern Electric Company, a special copartnership, obtained a judgment in the county court of Oklahoma county, Okla., against W. B. Skirvin, the Skirvin Investment Company, a corporation, and the Skir-vin Hotel Company, a corporation.
