MEMORANDUM OPINION

This Memorandum Opinion addresses the Motion for Attorneys’ Fees and Costs *348that Plaintiffs Valerio Lopez, et al. filed, ECF No. 126. Defendants XTEL Construction Group, LLC and Mike Bahmani have not filed a response, and the time for doing so has passed. See Loe. R. 105.2.a. Having reviewed the filings, I find that a hearing is not necessary. See Loe. R. 105.6. For the reasons stated herein, Plaintiffs’ Motion for Attorneys’ Fees and Costs is GRANTED, for the amounts stated herein. This Memorandum Opinion disposes of ECF No. 126.
