Willie Douglas (“Movant”), appeals from the denial of his Rule 24.035 post-conviction relief motion without an evidentiary hearing. We reverse and remand.

I. BACKGROUND

On August 16, 2010, Movant appeared before the plea court in the City of St. Louis and pled guilty to a number of criminal charges associated with three different criminal cases (case numbers: 0922-CR037171; 0922-CR02898;2 and 0922-CR002623).
