1Opinion of the CourtAnderson, J.

¶ 1. Philip R. Bons appeals from a judgment of conviction for possession of child pornog*231raphy in violation of Wis. Stat. § 948.12(lm) (2003-04).1 He contends that the circuit court erred when it denied his motion to suppress evidence collected during a search of his vehicle following a traffic stop. We disagree and affirm the judgment of conviction. We further sanction Bons' attorney, Vladimir M. Gorokhovsky, for falsely certifying to this court that the appendix to his brief-in-chief complied with the requirements of Wis. Stat. Rule 809.19(2)(a) (2005-06).
