Robert E. Quinn, Chief Judge:

The accused was convicted of desertion, in violation of Article 85, Uniform Code of Military Justice, 10 USC § 885, and was sentenced to dishonorable discharge, reduction to the lowest enlisted grade, total forfeitures, and confinement at hard labor for three years. Pursuant to a pretrial agreement, the convening authority reduced the period of confinement to nine months. A board of review affirmed.
