The accused was convicted by general court-martial in Korea on charges alleging disobedience of the lawful order of a superior officer, in violation of Arti-ele 90, Uniform Code of Military Jus*362tice, 50 USC § 684, and misbehavior before the enemy, through cowardly conduct, in failing to obey an order to report to his company’s forward location, in violation of Article 99 (5) of the Code, 50 USC § 693.
