Plaintiffs below, Sallie J. Ayres and' others, brought an action of ejectment against the Anderson-Tully Company, a corporation, and another, in the circuit court of Mississippi county, in the state of Arkansas, in January, 1907, and on Eeb-ruary 5, 1907, indorsed upon their complaint a statement of their election to transfer the cause to the chancery court of that county, and the-clerk of the court indorsed the transfer chosen.
