These appeals are from the August 5, 1991, decision and several subsequent ancillary orders of Independent Hearing Officer (iho) Robert Borsos issued under part 5 of the Nonprofit Health Care Corporation Reform Act, 1980 PA 350, MCL 550.1101 et seq.; MSA 24.660(101) et seq., effective April 3, 1981.
