Plaintiffs appeal by right the circuit court’s orders granting summary disposition in favor of defendant Commissioner of Financial and Insurance Services, formerly the Commissioner of Insur- anee, and denying their motion for reconsideration after the circuit court ruled that it was without jurisdiction to issue a declaratory judgment in this matter. We affirm.
