In these consolidated appeals, plaintiffs appeal by right the orders granting summary dis position to defendants in this fair housing action. We affirm.

Defendants John and Terry Hoffius, a married couple, rent residential property in Jackson, Michigan. In June 1993, plaintiffs Krista!
