James E. Suttenfield, a Virginia resident, was a salesman employed by Colum-' bus 'Fiber Mills Company, Inc. Sutten-field owned a 1950 Studebaker sedan automobile. Travelers Indemnity Company issued to Suttenfield as the sole insured its public liability insurance policy with liability limits of $25,000 and $50,-000.…
