In this unemployment benefits case, petitioner, Kathleen A. Hopkins (claimant), seeks review of a final order of the Industrial Claim Appeals Office (Panel). The Panel concluded that claimant was ineligible to receive any unemployment benefits pursuant to section 8-73-110(8)(a)(I)(B), C.R.S.2011, because she was receiving a pension that exceeded her weekly benefit amount.
