MILLER, Judge.
The Medical Licensing Board of Indiana seeks the reversal of a trial court's decision which overturned the Board's revocation of Dr. Joseph M. Ward's license to practice chiropractic. The Board concluded Ward had engaged in "willful or wanton misconduct, 1 in violation of Ind.Code 25-22.5-6-2(6) (West 1980), when he massaged the genitalia of several female patients.
