PERRY, Judge:

The appellant was convicted by special court-martial of possession of marihuana in violation of Article 134, Uniform Code of Military Justice, 10 U.S.C. § 934. He was sentenced to a bad-conduct discharge and confinement at hard labor for 2 months. The United States Navy Court of Military Review affirmed the findings and sentence. United States v. Harris, NCM 76-1798 (N.C. M.R., November 11, 1976).
