OPINION
{¶ 1} Appellant, Delores Karnofel ("Ms. Karnofel"), appeals in Case No. 2007-T-0036 the Trumbull County Court of Common Pleas' January 22, 2007 order granting summary judgment in favor of defendants-appellees Kmart Corporation ("Kmart") and D.R. Herbert Food Equipment, Inc. ("D.R. Herbert"). Ms. Karnofel also appeals in Case No. 2007-T-0064 the Trumbull County Court of Common Pleas' June 5, 2007 order denying her motion for leave to amend her complaint.
