Plaintiffs, current and former hourly production employees at two of defendants’ beef processing facilities, seek to recover unpaid wages under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA), 29 U.S.C. § 201 et seq., and the Kansas Wage Pay ment Act, K.S.A. § 44-313 et seq. Plaintiffs also assert a Kansas common law claim for quantum meruit.
