Plaintiff C.S.B. Commodities, Inc. (“CSB”) filed a three count first amended complaint against Urban Trend (HK) Ltd. (“Urban Trend”) and Robert Kushner (“Kushner”) (collectively “Defendants”) alleging: I — Federal Unfair Competition under 15 U.S.C. § 1125(a); II — Unfair Competition under Illinois common law; and III — Unfair Competition under 815 ILCS § 510.
