MEMORANDUM OPINION

Plaintiffs Citadel Investment Group, L.L.C. (“Citadel Investment”) and KCG IP Holdings LLC bring this suit against defendant Citadel Capital S.A.E. (“Citadel Capital”), alleging that, in promoting its business, Citadel Capital misappropriated and infringed plaintiffs’ federally-registered trademarks.
