HUDOCK, Judge.

James Taliferro (Appellant) appeals from the trial court’s grant of compulsory non-suit to several defendants in an asbestos case. We reverse.

The facts and procedural history were summarized by the trial court as follows:

[Appellant] is a 52 year old present worker at the Philadelphia Naval Shipyard. This case arises from [Appellant’s] occupational exposure to asbestos at the Shipyard during a 14-year period beginning with his hiring in August, 1967, and ending in August, 1981, when he was diagnosed with lung cancer.
