MEMORANDUM
ALETA ARTHUR TRAUGER, Bankruptcy Judge.
This matter was tried on June 8, 1995, at which time the court held that certain obligations imposed upon the debtor in his divorce decree were nondischargeable pursuant to 11 U.S.C. §§ 523(a)(5) and (a)(15). The court reserved for further briefing the question of whether defendant was entitled to an award of attorney fees incurred by her in this proceeding pursuant to T.C.A § 36-5-103(c).
