SULLIVAN, Judge:

Appellant was tried by a special court-martial composed of a military judge sitting alone at the Naval Base, Charleston, South Carolina, on September 29, 1993. In accordance with his pleas, he was found guilty of larceny (11 specifications), forgery (11 specifications), and false identification-card offenses (2 specifications), in violation of Articles 121, 123, and 134, Uniform Code of Military Justice, 10 USC §§ 921, 923, and 934, respectively.
