Appellant, L.A.A. a/k/a L.A.A.-M. ("Father"), asserts six issues challenging the legal and factual sufficiency of the evidence supporting the trial court's final decree terminating his parental rights to his three children, B.D.A., L.A.A.-M., and J.X.A. The panel's opinion dated July 24, 2017, reversed the trial court's decree and remanded for further proceedings. The Texas Department of Family and Protective Services ("the Department") moved for rehearing and en banc reconsideration of that opinion.
