Batman, J. —

Appellant commenced this action against appellee in the Shelby Circuit Court to recover the possession of certain real estate. The complaint alleges that appellee held possession of said premises under a five-year lease, which expired on April. 30, 1915; that since said date appellee has wrongfully and unlawfully detained possession thereof from appellant to his damages in the sum of $200.
