The defendant, John A. Laufenberg, hereinafter called the “applicant,” sustained certain personal injuries as a result of his automobile leaving the highway and overturning in the ditch while he was proceeding from Madison to Middleton at a late hour on November 27th or an early hour on November 28, 1936.
