MEMORANDUM OPINION

STROM, Chief Judge.

This matter is before the Court on plaintiffs application for a temporary restraining order (Filing No. 1). Pursuant to Fed. R.Civ.P. 65, plaintiff seeks a temporary restraining order restraining the Nebraska School Activities Association (NSAA) from refusing to permit her to wrestle on the high school boys’ wrestling team. 1
