The case before the Court concerns whether a twelve year old girl can pursue her passion for wrestling on her public school’s male wrestling team. Line Mountain School District (“Defendant” or “School District”) maintains a policy prohibiting female students from participating on the all-male junior high and high school wrestling teams.
