Cassell Paving, Inc. (Employer) petitions for review of an order of the Workers’ Compensation Appeal Board (Board) which affirmed the decision of a Workers’ Compensation Judge (WCJ) granting Claimant’s Review Petition and amending *19his average weekly wage. We vacate and remand.

Donald Ward (Claimant) began working for Employer on March 13, 1995. Pursuant to a Notice of Compensation Payable, he began receiving compensation benefits in the amount of $244.30 per week based on an average weekly wage (AWW) of $271.50 for a work-related lower back injury that occurred…
