MEMORANDUM OF DECISION AND ORDER

GENE CARTER, Chief Judge.

This matter is before the Court on the motion of Plaintiffs Mark A. Holbrook and Mary E. Holbrook for approval of a settlement they entered with Defendant on behalf of their minor son, Daniel M. Hol-brook. For the reasons that follow, the Court will grant Plaintiffs’ motion.
