Plaintiff Peerless Insurance Company (hereinafter the insurer) appeals from a summary judgment of the Superior Court (York County, Fritzsche, J.) requiring Peerless to defend Robert C. Brennon and Charles Archer d/b/a Freedom Farm Builders (hereinafter Builders) in an action instituted against them by Eugene and Antoinette Argiro. The insurer argues on appeal that the standard general liability policy provided to the insured explicitly excludes coverage and an insurer’s obligation to defend the insured under the circumstances alleged in the Argiros’ complaint.
