In January, 1934, the plaintiff J. M. Wilson recovered a judgment against the defendants George Crimmins and Bertha Crimmins, his wife (the latter now deceased), and on February 24,1940, caused to be sold on execution for the satisfaction of such judgment real property of the defendants, theretofore attached, in Tillamook County, described as Lot 5, Block 21, of Thayer’s Addition to Tillamook.
