The principal issue in this case is whether the trial court, Maiocco, J., erred when it overruled the defendants’ objection to the plaintiff’s withdrawal of his complaint. The following salient facts are not in dispute: The plaintiff, Douglas Barra, filed a complaint on April 21,1982, seeking a judicial winding up of the defendant corporation, Ridgefield Card & Gift Gallery, Ltd.
