The decision of the Court of Appeals is reversed. The order of the Workers’ Compensation Board is affirmed.

The question in this workers’ compensation case is how a statutory presumption, colloquially known as the “firefighters’ presumption,” applies. See ORS 656.802(4) (stating that presumption).
