Affirming.
E. T. Adams, a resident of Jessamine county, Kentucky, was killed by a railroad, train in Florida on the 18th day of February, 19’26. There was found on his person at the time of his death a typewritten paper in the form of a will, to which the name <£E. T. Adams” was subscribed with-pen and ink, but no witness subscribed it. It, with other effects found on his person, was sent to and received by his widow, the appellant Evangeline P. Adams, at Wilmore, Ky.
