The defendants appeal from an order of the district court overruling their demurrer to the plaintiff’s complaint. The plaintiff brings this action as a resident, citizen, and taxpayer of Barnes county, North Dakota, in his own behalf and on behalf of all others similarly situated. He seeks to enjoin the county commissioners and certain other officers of Barnes county from issuing, executing, and selling a proposed bond issue of the county in the sum of $65,000.
