George Zink petitions for review of an order of the Workers’ Compensation Appeal Board (Board) that affirmed the decision of a Workers’ Compensation Judge (WCJ) denying his claim petition. Zink essentially presents two questions for the Court’s review: first, whether the Board erred in determining that he failed to prove the requisite element of abnormal working .condition to support his mental/physical claim and second, whether the holding in Metropolitan Edison Co. v.
