Defendant appeals from a conviction for driving while under the influence of intoxicants (DUII), ORS 813.010. He asserts two reasons why the trial court erred in admitting into evidence a laboratory report showing that his blood alcohol content exceeded the statutory benchmark on the night of his arrest.
