Because I believe that the Worker’s Compensation Appellate Commission correctly decided plaintiff’s underlying claim, I would affirm. Accordingly, I respectfully dissent.

FACTUAL AND PROCEDURAL BACKGROUND

On February 15, 1977, while in the course of his employment, plaintiff was injured in an automobile accident. Plaintiff, for reasons not explained in the *349record, was initially supplied with a specially equipped van by defendant Gateway Transportation Company's then worker’s compensation insurance carrier.
