The plaintiff is a resident of the borough of Manhattan, in the city, county and State of New York, and is of full age, and the defendant is a domestic corporation organized and existing under and by virtue of the laws of the State of New York, having its principal place of business at No. 37 Wall street, in said borough of Manhattan.
