Complaint by appellee as trustee in bankruptcy of the Matthewson Opera House Association, hereinafter referred to as the association, or bankrupt to quiet title to certain real estate. Appellants filed separate demurrers to the complaint, which being overruled, appellants Ralston and Ralston filed answer in two paragraphs, the first being a general denial. The second paragraph alleged that Charles C. Matthew-son, being the owner of the real estate in question, conveyed the same by warranty deed in 1901 to said association.
