ORDER
SINGLETON, District Judge.
Nancy Robinson and her child (hereafter collectively called “Robinson”) sued U-Haul Company of the West Coast of Florida and related companies (hereafter collectively called “U-Haul”) for personal injuries. The injuries resulted from an accident in which a tow dolly rented to Robinson by U-Haul allegedly failed. U-Haul has filed a motion asking for a pretrial determination that the Alaska law abolishing joint and several liability applies to this case. See Docket No. 31.
