ORDER
SINGLETON, District Judge.
This is a declaratory judgment action brought to determine whether coverage exists under a policy of insurance issued by Plaintiff to Sea Air, Inc., for damages allegedly suffered in the crash of a plane overhauled in Sea Air’s hanger. Jurisdiction is based on diversity of citizenship. 28 U.S.C. § 1332. This Court granted Plaintiff summary judgment by Order dated April 4,1995. Docket No. 45.
