MURRAH, Chief Judge.

This is an appeal from a judgment of the trial court denying appellants compensation for their efforts in connection with an oil development contract in Iran between appellee, Pan American Oil Company, and the government of Iran. The claim is grounded in three separate and inconsistent theories of recovery on the same subject matter — two in con tract, one in quantum meruit. Jurisdiction is based upon requisite diversity of citizenship and amount in controversy.
