Appellants Donald E. Meadows, Jr. and Amanda Meadows appeal the final judgment entered by the District Court 1 in favor of appellee Anchor Longwall and Rebuild, Inc. (Anchor). Appellants contend the District Court erred in its May 3, 2007, 2007 WL 1300773, final order excluding appellants’ expert witness’ testimony. Appellants also challenge the District Court’s grant of Anchor’s motion for partial summary judgment dismissing appellants’ claims for strict liability against Anchor under Restatement (Second) of Torts § 402A.
