Appeal by the defendant from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Richmond County (Felig, J.), rendered May 24,1988, convicting him of murder in the second degree, upon a jury verdict, and imposing sentence.

Ordered that the judgment is affirmed.

Under the facts of this case, we conclude that evidence that the defendant had previously assaulted his sister-in-law was properly admitted by the Trial Justice.
